No matter what I do in life, consistency is the key to getting results, reaching goals and basically being a better human than yesterday.

Dont get me wrong I find this difficult as most people will but when I found a training system that worked for my personality, I found it easy.

Without that connection, determination and consistency I would not be where I am today.

If I say I'm going to do something, I do it. If I say I'm going to be somewhere, I'm there. In my experience, consistency is a must as you build and grow.

Here's why:

1. Consistency allows for measurement

Until you have tried something new for a period of time and in a consistent manner, you can't decide if it works or not. How do you measure effectiveness if what you are measuring isn't performed consistently?

I typically give new dietry and exercise patterns at least three to six months before judging them a success or failure. It's often minor tweaking instead of major overhauls that make the difference.

2. Consistency creates accountability

I ask my clients to be accountable for their training and goals.

They should expect the same in return from my coaching.

I place priority on making time for and being available to my clients.

Using the #levelmethod to create short, mid and long term goals leaves only one thing for our clients to work on and that is being consistent in their training.

Whether it is once twice or six days a week, turning up week in and week out will produce results no matter what your goals may be.

3. Forming healthier habits

To achieve the results and goals you need consistency, with this you need routine and habit.

By creating healthier habits you will 1. find consistency easier to stick to and 2. focus on positive and healthy habits that will give you a more positive and healthy lifestyle in both body and mind.
