Initial Evaluation

Where to start?

In our initial Evaluation we look at the following;

  • The number of different roles in the organisation

  • Assess the workplace for safer practices with regards to the Employee's movements

  • Assess the workplace for safer practices with regards to the Employer, ensuring the best positioning of equipment

  • If there are any Crossover of Roles

  • If there is H&S practices around employee fitness to complete tasks

  • Find out via Questionnaire and discussion if there are ailments for the staff member

  • Produce a complete report for the Company and decide how to move forward

  • Programming for the employees that have ailments that stop them from being efficient and happy

  • Produce additional Document for H&S manual to encompass the new findings.

  • EDUCATE - having Staff and Management understanding how the roles within the company will affect the people doing them, and will give better solutions in the future.
